Mr. John Adjei- Mensah

John is a Human Resource Professional with over 24 years’ experience in a range of HR roles within multi-sectorial and diverse cultural environments. He is currently an Associate Consultant at Zormelo & Associates and a Managing Partner of StanHi Ltd.

Prior to that he worked at Barclays Bank (now Absa Bank), and rose through the ranks to become the HR Operations Manager.  He later joined Societe Generale Bank in a similar management role.

He holds Executive MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking & Finance Option), all from the University of Ghana Business School. He is also an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD, UK).
