Loretta Amissah

Loretta Amissah is an HR professional with over thirteen (13) years experience, with expertise in Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and HR Operations. She has hands-on experience in the development and implementation of HR policies, Job descriptions, Onboarding, and Change Management. She is passionate about partnering with leadership to deliver people-centered solutions for organisational effectiveness.

Loretta holds a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHRi) certificate and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Conestoga College – Canada. She acquired both her MBA in Human Resource Management and Bachelors in Psychology & Geography from the University of Ghana
